Inside Dyspraxia

Bloom with Grace Whilst I was waiting in the doctors waiting room, glanced down and saw the display on my Dad's phone; it stated "wherever you bloom, bloom with grace". It was a wall plaque that dad saw in ASDA'S. Flowing florals aside,  I couldn't help but think about the quote and what it really meant. When we go to University and finally graduate were encouraged to believe that "the world is out oyster" and that we can do great things because of the degree we have achieved.                     However, when we start to live in the real world it is a bit of a shock; we apply for jobs that we could have easily have done without the degree, and surprise, surprise we were turned down for various jobs with our degree actually being used as an excuse for not being a successful applicant.              ...

INSIDE DYSPRAXIA Begin again by Mary Morris   Hello my fellow Dyspraxics !  How are you all?    Enjoying the summer or are you the sort of Dyspraxic who hates the heat? As for the small town of Wrexham the heat is stifling and yet there is no sunshine, it makes for what can only be described as a grey summer. Apologies that it has been a while, I'm finding out the importance of pacing and, with that in mind; I'm starting to realise "perfection" is unattainable and I have to learn to be satisfied with "good enough". And so, here is my attempt at Blogging. Life is a funny thing; we all have these ideas in the forefront of our minds that  we are going to accomplish   A. B. and C by a specific time, date and or age etc. However, life throws bricks at you that you have no choice but to deal with and so your plans and bucket lists go out the window. Being that your Dyspraxic Adults', I trust that you can relate to ...
