Dyspraxia and it's impact on mental health  It's Mental Health Awareness week  This week (14th -20th may) is Mental Health Awareness week, so i felt it was only fitting to go off on a Dyspraxic tangent and write about something different. Apologies though, i only realised it was Mental Health Awareness week 3 day's ago. If you have read my other blog you would know  that it led to a rant! After all i think that more, much more needs to be done with regards mental health. So today i am going to discuss; what is good mental health, what is poor mental health, then i will explore how dyspraxia can have an impact on mental health.
